Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we offer a 14-day window for reporting issues with non-perishable items or damaged goods.

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your gourmet selection.

Email our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for perishable items or 14 days for pantry staples, including your order number and photos of any damage.

Receive Authorization

Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be shipped back.

After approval, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement for the damaged Italian goods at no additional cost.
